The importance of understanding the Church’s teaching on end-of-life care and ensuring your health care wishes are known is clearer than usual, but nonetheless will remain, regardless of an individual’s current state of health or future pandemics. 

The Minnesota Catholic Conference has created a health care directive for your easy use which allows you to appoint a health care agent, and also provides some informative answers to frequently asked questions.
