Kickoff Event | Tuesday, September 24

You and your family and friends are invited to a fun evening enjoying delicious soup made by fellow parishioners and friends in the community while learning more about 40 Days for Life this Tuesday evening in Steiner Hall.  

It’s a soup-cooking contest, and our local clergy will be the judges! Brian Walker will share how we can make a difference for life. Adopt-a-day sign-up sheets will be available, so please consider signing up for an hour or more of prayer during this life-saving campaign.

40 Days for Life Fall Campaign | September 25 - November 3

The 40 Days for Life fall campaign, the international peaceful prayer movement begins again on Wednesday, September 25. 

Once again we will be joining with Saint Mark's parishioners and friends in the community to participate. Join us in daily prayer, fasting, and outreach wherever you are during this important campaign. 

We invite you to commit to an hour of prayer (or more) at Planned Parenthood , but we encourage you all to pray daily for an end to abortion, which ends countless innocent lives and hurts both women and men, physically, emotionally and especially spiritually. 

Please prayerfully consider signing up for an hour or more of prayer at Planned Parenthood, stand in the gap for those who are vulnerable.  

40 Days Opening Vigil | Wed., Sept. 25, 6pm

Join Pro-Life Action Ministries and friends for life at 40 Days for Life’s Opening Candlelight Vigil this Wednesday evening at Planned Parenthood in St. Paul. Shawn Carney, founder of 40 Days for Life, will be the guest speaker!

Daily Lenten Rosary | Monday and Wednesday-Friday

All are invited to join in the Rosary for Life after the 8:15am weekday Masses.

On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday we will continue to pray for the Culture of Life to be returned to our nation and the world. Your own intentions are welcome each day to be added to the group prayer.

(Tuesdays’ rosary will continue to be offered for the Grandparents’ ministry and their heart for the next generation.) 

Pro-Life Action Ministries Banquet | October 7
Dynamic speaker and former abortion provider Haywood Robinson headlines this year’s Annual Life Banquet for Pro-Life Action Ministries on Monday, October 7 from 6:30-9pm at the Earle Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center.  Visit plam.org to get your tickets.

Respect Life Book Discussion | October 24
Join us for a potluck in Steiner Hall while discussing Saints and Social Justice, a Guide to Changing the World by Brandon Vogt on Thursday, October 24 from 6-8pm. Learn from heroes like St. Teresa of Calcutta, St. Peter Claver, St. Damien of Molokai, Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati, St. Frances of Rome, and Pope St. John Paul II.
